New EP from the Montpellier trio..........The record itself opens with the great "Beautiful Way", a really good garage track with a lot of The Cynics' vibe, with a guitar that gets stuck in your brain, one of the best compositions on the album. It is followed by another of the record's gems: "Hardbreak" is melodic and power-punk at the same time, it has something of Johnny Thunders. "Hungry Man" is much faster and more aggressive, "Not Enough" recalls the "harder" era of bands from around here like Sex Museum or Los Buges. Side A closes with a banger "Ghost Love". On side B, we find more melodic sounds again, close to punk-pop like "Only Now", the exotic and fun "Hawaii Forever". More fist-pumping punk-rock is "You Dont Want to Know", Buzzcocks school. The sixties garage continues with "Rain Has Gone", the interesting "I See Red", to finish with the psychotic "Zombie Dance". A good collection of quite varied tracks that captures their influences. Highly recommended. Joan Soriano - Ruta 66 - 12/2013
