"Coney Island Baby" is Lou Reed's sixth album, released in 1976 by RCA. This album includes a version of "She's My Best Friend", originally recorded by Reed with the Velvet Underground in 1969. This album marks a return to guitar, bass, and drums rock after the experimental "Metal Machine Music".
