Sello: Mute

The Third Mind Movements was a late entry in the catalogue of legendary industrial music pioneers Throbbing Gristle. Originally a CD-only release in an edition of 3000 copies, it was previously only available at a series of live shows across the USA in 2009. It features recordings from the Desertshore sessions, recorded live at London's ICA in 2007. Now commercially available for the first time via Mute, it can terrify and enlighten a new generation of listeners. It features the full line-up of Chris Carter, Cosey Fanni Tutti, Genesis Breyer P-Orridge and Peter Christopherson, all of whom had very much refined their skills all those years later, embracing new technologies to realise their shared vision fully.
