You can search by Artist or Title from the search field. Click on the Magnifying Glass.

You can also search by Format and Musical Style by clicking on the corresponding option in the main menu.

Add the products you wish to purchase to the Shopping Cart.

Select the Payment Method (Credit/Debit Card, Bizum, Bank Transfer).

Please finalize your order and we will contact you shortly by E-mail and/or Whatsapp to update the status of your order (availability or non-availability of products and delivery times) and to request payment.

We will NOT charge you anything before you approve everything.

SHIPPING COSTS / SHIPPING METHODS

-SPAIN (Except Balearic and Canary Islands):

Flat rate of 4.99 Euros for all orders (Peninsula).
Certified Shipping with Tracking Number.

-SPAIN (Balearic Islands):

Flat rate of 6.99 Euros for all orders (Balearic Islands).
Certified Shipping with Tracking Number.

-SPAIN (Canary Islands):

From 9.99 Euros (Canary Islands).
Certified Shipping with Tracking Number.

We do NOT offer ordinary shipping.

EUROPE / WORLD

For EUROPE/WORLD, the shopping cart will calculate shipping costs depending on the format, weight, and dimensions of each product.

We try to keep shipping costs reasonable within our possibilities.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND SHIPPING TIMES

Some products are in our local warehouse and we will reserve them for you immediately.

Many other products are in our central warehouse or in our suppliers' warehouses and may take between 5 and 15 working days to arrive at our local warehouse.

During holiday periods (summer, Christmas, etc...) or when postal services are overloaded, some products may take 4-5 weeks or even longer to arrive at our local warehouse.

We will keep you informed of any incidents or updates to your order.

If any product in your order is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and continue processing the rest of the order unless you indicate that you wish to cancel your entire order.

Once all the products in your order have arrived at our local warehouse, we will notify you, send your order by mail, and provide you with your tracking number.

We do not make partial shipments of products (except in exceptional cases).

PRODUCT CONDITION

We sell new and used products.

New products may be factory sealed or new unused but NOT sealed.

Used products can be Like New (M-), Very Good Condition (VG+) or Good Condition (VG).

Each used product comes with a description of the condition of both the media (CD, LP, DVD...) and the cover.

RETURN POLICY

We will only allow returns if we have sent an incorrect product.

However, we are sure we can reach an agreement for other types of incidents.
