For several years straight in the 1970s, Santana had atradition of playing their hometown of San Francisco every NewYear/s Eve. at the legendary Cow Palace venue. This 1977 showis one of their most historic, a ripping set the blends theLatin&rock of Santana/s early years with the spiritually tingedjazz&fusion Carlos became knowing for in the mid&70s.Blistering guitar work as always, and a great live setremastered in audiophile quality in a digifile case.
