Privacy Policy – “Música Autónoma” TikTok app
This policy explains how the application “Música Autónoma” (the “App”), operated by Aitor Ferreira Limited, trading as Música Autónoma (hcpunk.com), uses data obtained through TikTok’s Login Kit and Content Posting API.
1. What the App does
The App is an internal tool used only by Música Autónoma to publish short promotional videos of the records sold in our online store (hcpunk.com) to our own TikTok account @musicaxautonoma. It is not offered to the public and does not access any other TikTok user’s account.
2. Data we access
- user.info.basic: the basic profile information of our own TikTok account (open ID, display name and avatar), used only to confirm which account is connected.
- video.upload and video.publish: permission to upload videos created by us and to send them to our account’s drafts or publish them.
We do not access, collect or store data about other TikTok users, followers, comments, messages, likes or viewing activity.
3. How data is stored
The access token issued by TikTok is stored only on our own computer, in a local file protected by the operating system, and is used exclusively to upload our videos. It is never shared with third parties or sold. The token can be revoked at any time from TikTok (Settings › Security › Manage app permissions).
4. Content published
The videos published by the App are created by Música Autónoma from the product photos and information of our own store. They do not include personal data of customers or third parties.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep the access token only while the App is in use. If the connection is revoked or the App is no longer used, the token is deleted. To request information or deletion, contact us at info@hcpunk.com.

The “Música Autónoma” application, operated by Aitor Ferreira Limited (trading as Música Autónoma, hcpunk.com), is an internal tool used only by Música Autónoma to publish promotional videos of the records from its online store on its own TikTok account, @musicaxautonoma. It is not offered to the public and does not access any other users’ accounts.
It only uses the user.info.basic permission (basic data from our own account to identify which account is connected), video.upload and video.publish permissions (to upload and publish our videos). It does not collect data from other users, followers, comments, messages or viewing statistics.
The access permission granted by TikTok is stored only on our computer, is not shared with third parties and can be revoked at any time from TikTok (Settings › Security › Manage app permissions). The videos are created using photos and information from our own products, without customers’ personal data.
