Terms of Service – “Música Autónoma” TikTok app
1. Who we are
The application “Música Autónoma” (the “App”) is operated by Aitor Ferreira Limited, trading as Música Autónoma, the online record store hcpunk.com. Contact: info@hcpunk.com.
2. Purpose and users
The App is a private, internal tool. Its only user is Música Autónoma, which uses it to upload and publish promotional videos of its own products to its own TikTok account @musicaxautonoma through TikTok’s official Login Kit and Content Posting API. The App is not available to the public and no third party can sign up or connect their TikTok account to it.
3. Content
All videos published through the App are created by Música Autónoma from its own product images and information, and comply with the TikTok Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Música Autónoma is responsible for the content it publishes, including any music or sounds, which are selected from TikTok’s own licensed library.
4. Use of TikTok
Use of TikTok through the App is also subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The App only uses the permissions user.info.basic, video.upload and video.publish, and the authorization can be revoked at any time from the TikTok app.

Términos de servicio – App de TikTok “Música Autónoma”
La aplicación “Música Autónoma”, de Aitor Ferreira Limited (nombre comercial Música Autónoma, hcpunk.com), es una herramienta privada e interna. Su único usuario es Música Autónoma, que la usa para subir y publicar en su propia cuenta de TikTok @musicaxautonoma vídeos promocionales de sus propios productos mediante el Login Kit y la Content Posting API oficiales de TikTok. No está disponible para el público.
Los vídeos los crea Música Autónoma con imágenes e información de sus productos y cumplen las Normas de la Comunidad y los Términos de TikTok. La música o sonidos se eligen de la biblioteca con licencia de TikTok. La autorización puede revocarse en cualquier momento desde la app de TikTok.
