The original lineup consisted of Steve Curtis (vocals), Steve Allen (guitar), Nick Peters (bass), and Virus (drums), although Steve Robertson soon replaced Peters, and this lineup recorded the band's first two EPs. The band sent a demo to the local punk label Riot City Records, but the label chose not to sign them, and instead formed their own label, Disorder Records, together with Heartbeat Records and the head of Riot City, Simon Edwards. A series of events led to changes in the lineup: Robertson broke up with his girlfriend Beki Bondage (of Vice Squad) and started sniffing glue. Virus had problems with the police over the ownership of his new drum kit, and Dean also left, later working as a toilet cleaner in Taunton. Boobs (Chris Neill) replaced him on vocals, and when Steve Robinson left, it was Taf (Phil Lovering, formerly of The X-Certs) who took over on bass. Potsy (Richard Potts, former drummer of Chaos UK) took over on drums. Taf would be the only constant member of the band in the following years, which saw a constantly changing lineup. Disorder was part of the "protest punk" movement and was one of the bands that led the Bristol punk scene in the early 1980s. BBC DJ John Peel described their early singles as sounding like Triumph Bonneville motorcycles. The band's debut album, "Under the Scalpel Blade", was released in 1984. The band moved to Norway in the mid-1980s, where they recorded a split album with Kafka Prosess. The band became popular in Europe, the United States, and Japan. Reissues of the band's back catalogue generated renewed interest among fans, and the band released a new album in 2005, 'Kamikaze', considered by Stewart Mason of allmusic to be "as bold and exhilarating as any of Disorder's previous releases".

Tracklisting:

A1 Todays World

A2 Violent Crime

A3 Complete Disorder

A4 Insane Youth

A5 You’ve Got To Be Someone

A6 More Than Fights

A7 Daily Life

A8 Rampton Song

A9 Provocated War

A10 Bullshit Everyone

A11 Maternal Obsession

A12 3 Blind Mice

A13 Buy I Gurt Pint

B1 Stagnation

B2 Life

B3 Out Of Order

B4 Condemned

B5 Media

B6 Suicide Children

B7 Preachers

B8 Remembranse Day

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0805/0475/0407/files/lp-disorder-the-singles-collection-radiation-records-comprar-vinilo.webp?v=1792954983
